The Blue Mountains Camino 5-Day Walk held 12-16 September 2023 was Village to Village starting from Emu Plains to Blackheath. Pilgrim organised their own accommodation basing themselves at one place and catching the train daily or chose to walk with their gear and seek accommodation along the way.
A fantastic group of mostly newcomers to the 5-Day Walk and a couple of our regulars where able to join us.
There were 22 walkers who registered for all 5 days. They came from near and far including 3 from Victoria (Wodonga, Rutherglen); 2 from South Australia; 2 from ACT; 3 from Southern NSW and 1 from Central Coast. Other walkers from the Sydney basin and Blue Mountains.
This September Village to Village walk, we offered Day Passes of up to 3 single days. We have 15-day walkers join in with the 5-Day walkers.
